About the Role:

We are seeking Revit Technicians to support the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. The role involves producing coordinated Revit models and technical drawings for treatment works, pumping stations, pipelines, and associated civil assets, working closely with multi-disciplinary design teams in accordance with ISO 19650 and industry standards.

Core role requirements:

Below represents the core responsibilities of this role; this is by no means an exhaustive list:

  • As a Revit Technician, working as part of a larger team shall be integral for the success of this role.
  • Produce and maintain Revit models and technical drawings.
  • Prepare 2D/3D drawings, sections, and schedules to project standards over a range of civil water and wastewater facilities.
  • Support ISO 19650–compliant delivery.
  • Coordinate models with civil, mechanical, electrical, and process teams.
  • Assist with clash detection and model coordination (e.g. Navisworks).
  • Implement design changes and manage revisions.
  • Maintain models and drawings within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Support engineers with drawing production and design development.
  • Contribute to project handover and asset information deliverables.
  • Modelling and drawing tasks will be delivered to a high standard, accurately and within agreed programme timescales.
  • Maintaining a culture of continuous improvements across all aspects of the working environment and projects.
  • To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, additional tasks and responsibilities will form part of this role as it evolves

Qualifications and Experience: -

  • Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, less experience will be considered for exceptional candidates.
  • Knowledge /experience of construction techniques and building regulations.
  • Must be proficient in and Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in GA (General Arrangement) drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work and manage many tasks concurrently.
  • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a technical project environment.
  • The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
  • You will have an agile and “Can Do” mindset.
